This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 level in the Federal service which includes 1) using standardized supply regulations, policies, and procedures to research supply issues 2) updating and maintaining an automated supply database system. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).

Education: A half year (i.e., 9 semester hours) of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as Supply Chain Management.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 9. Add the two percentages.
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Providing supply support for the organization; 2) Utilizing automated systems to enter property book records; and 3) Gathering data to develop reports. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
