Duties

Help

  • Program Management and Oversight: Manage and coordinate the PAC PMO's annual budget process, develop performance metrics, and oversee contracts for services while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Project Administration: Directly manage project managers and staff, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and resource constraints while addressing emerging business and technological needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with federal agencies, executive agents, and interagency partners to align efforts, resolve challenges, and advance personnel vetting reforms.
  • Performance Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement outcome-based performance measures, analyze data to identify gaps, and provide recommendations for innovative enterprise-wide improvements.
  • Supervisory Duties: Act as a first-level supervisor to manage program and administrative staff, providing guidance on PAC PMO program activities and performance measurement initiatives.

Qualifications

Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the federal government performing all of the following:
- Leading or managing large-scale program operations, including budget formulation and execution.
- Developing and implementing performance metrics for program evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with senior leadership, interagency partners, and stakeholders to advance organizational goals.
- Managing contracts and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-14 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS 15 level.

You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
