  • Prepares user manuals or instructions for assigned applications.
  • Conducts feasibility studies, systems specification requirements, and other evaluations.
  • Schedules and performs life cycle replacement of all computer equipment.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1.) Installation of hardware, deployment of Information Technology (IT) requirements. 2.) Tracking of all assigned information technology assets. 3.) Coordinate the day-to-day operations and acts as the Information Management Officer. 4.) Ensure the quality and integrity of tickets assigned to are properly managed within the Service Desk system. 5.) Uses the system to analyze and report performance, identify systemic problems and take or recommend corrective action. One year of specialized experience which includes: 1.)
