Communicates priorities, and concerns to facilitate the Command’s alignment of objectives in order to achieve the desired outcome.
Promotes project management principles and programs using the advice and assistance of personnel, budget, manpower, and management specialists for transforming, rebasing and restructuring at the installation.
Collects project execution data from project managers assigned to Directorate of Transformation.
Write policies for the implementation of the program.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
Position is designated Special-Sensitive therefore the employee must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
TDY travel may be required up to 10%.
This position is covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program. The incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R (Condition of Employment for Certain positions Identified as Critical under the Drug Abuse Testing Program).
In accordance with AR 600-85, Para 5-8, b.4, positions which require incumbents to maintain a top secret are subject random testing.
Therefore, the incumbent must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
