Designs and develops publicity/marketing concepts and branded materials across various formats and delivery methods, including print, digital publications, briefings, and interactive media such as social media, websites, videos, and other promotional content. Leverages a comprehensive understanding of design principles, production methods, and modern marketing trends. Develops and implements marketing initiatives, promotions, and programs for the 325th Force Support Squadron (FSS) under the direction of the Marketing Director. Creates original graphic designs for publications, printed marketing, and digital advertisements while maintaining brand consistency. Executes layouts, presentation materials, and other multimedia projects. Utilizes advanced design and publication tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite) to produce effective advertisements and designs tailored for a mix of media. Determines marketing techniques and strategies to enhance participation, engagement, and financial outcomes for FSS activities. Performs qualitative and quantitative market research to improve customer relations, satisfaction, evaluate demographics, and measure advertising effectiveness. Employs knowledge of SEO/SEM practices to optimize content for digital platforms and uses CRM and CMS tools to manage campaigns and content delivery. Writes and edits copy for effective communication strategies and customer readability, adhering to AP Style guidelines and producing materials with minimal to no grammatical errors. Creates content with marketing artificial intelligence (AI) tools and platforms to improve efficiency and innovation. Develops standardized templates and style guides for consistent branding across the marketing department and other FSS activities. Collaborates with the marketing team, activity managers, and leadership to produce accurate and engaging promotions for events, programs, and offerings. Supports web management, email marketing, and social media campaigns using best practices for audience engagement and analytics. Tracks and reports campaign performance to continuously refine strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Must be able to use a ticketing system to manage marketing requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects. Maintains accurate records of assignments and communicates status updates to stakeholders. Maintains awareness of current and emerging marketing technologies, trends, and tools, proactively recommending updates and innovations to keep the department at the forefront of industry standards. Assists with video production, photography, and livestreaming as needed. Produces short and long-form video content, including reels, YouTube videos, and other trending formats, while operating camera equipment such as smartphones, GoPros, or similar devices to capture high-quality footage. Attends special events and squadron functions to provide support through photography, videography, and on-site representation of the marketing department and squadron. Performs other related duties as assigned. Must have knowledge and experience operating print shop equipment, including large-format printers, binders, laminators, and cutting machines. Ensures proper setup, maintenance, and operation of equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. Assists in creating efficient workflows to meet project deadlines and support marketing department needs.

Qualifying Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, OR at least 3 years of relevant professional experience. Expertise in designing advertisements and marketing campaigns for events/programs using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software. Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in internet-based tools, databases, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, CMS platforms, and email marketing tools. Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and social media analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce AP Style copywriting with minimal errors. Experience in photography, videography, and video editing, including creating short- and long-form content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Knowledge of AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) and marketing automation software. Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks within deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external customers. A results-driven portfolio showcasing graphic design, and video production. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
