Summary

Provide technical guidance for designing and developing DMS applications.
Collaborate with clients and customers to identify appropriate new products and services and define scope requirements and deliverables for new and ongoing projects.
Diagnose and resolve highly complex application problems and issues.

The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position is defined as serving on a team responsible for software development and maintenance. This includes the design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and/or support of application systems. Examples of qualifying experience could include:
Designing, configuring, or deploying application code and software for Cloud, using Cloud native technologies (e.g.. Amazon Web Service, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure), software development languages and/or concepts (JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML5).; OR
Working on software development projects using Agile, DevOps/DevSecOps, and Waterfall software development and project methodologies.
In addition to specialized experience, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.

2.
