FULL TIME TELEWORK position, you must reside within 50 miles of any of the locations listed.
Supervises civilian personnel, ranging in grade up to GS-15 and military personnel up to 0-6. Also directs a number of professional and technical contractor personnel.
Assigns work based on project priorities, work difficulty, and employee ability.
Plans, organizes, develops and implement security solutions and performs studies, analyses and evaluations of the information systems, associated information assurance plans, programs, projects, networks, policies, and procedures.
Monitors acquisition and budget execution to insure fiscally responsible usage of funds. Supports the User Engagement Group for stakeholder outreach activities.
Oversees multiple projects executed by subordinate project or team leaders, and provides technical guidance to assure optimal outcomes for services and solutions.
Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service.
This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.
This position requires a Top Secret/Special Sensitive (SS) security clearance.
This is a drug test position requiring pre-employment and random drug testing.
This position is subject to Cyber Workforce requirements as defined by the DoD 8140 policy series for the position's required CYBER Work Role(s).
Must be able to obtain and maintain access to classified information and eligibility to have the appropriate security clearance as a condition of employment. May be subject to initial and random drug testing for this position, if applicable.

Qualifications
In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below.
Qualifying Experience:
To qualify at the GG-15, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service.
For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Advising senior leaders on technical and security matters at an enterprise level for an entire Component(s), architecting and leading the implementation of approved enterprise security solutions for commercial cloud technology at unclassified and classified levels, advising on the avoidance and remediation of significant network security vulnerabilities, and supervising civilian and military engineering and IT security personnel.
Candidates must describe how they meet the qualifying experience and/or selective placement factor(s) within the body of their resume. All qualifications must be met within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement.
Education
There is no substitution of education for thequalifying experience at the GG-15 grade level.

This position is in the Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It is being recruited under 10 U.S.C. 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system.
