For EN-03 level:
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal Service, i.e., EN-00, or GS-11. The specialized experience is defined as 1. Experience in inspection/observation of facilities for identification of environmental or ergonomic hazards. 2. Inspection/observation of facilities for identification of unsafe physical conditions such as slip, trip, and fall hazards. 3. Managing or participating in emergency management programs; and/or reviewing contract proposals for safety plans associated with contract work.
For EN-04 level:

Experience with a wide spectrum of administrative, engineering, technical, and scientific disciplines involving research and development efforts in a myriad of programs and technologies.3. Managing work planning and work control, being compliant with federal safety procedures, and implementing safety plans.
