Incumbent is assigned to the following recreational activity: ITT / Latitudes Travel Office

Assists the manager in the overall operations, supervision, and administration of the facility. Assumes all duties, responsibilities, and serves as the primary point of contact for team members in the absence of the manager. Ensures that all team activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Fosters a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and open communication through appropriate channels, following chain of command.

Assists in the supervision of assigned employees. Prepares work schedules to be reviewed and distributed by management. Verifies daily attendance and timekeeping. Monitors team performance and productivity metrics, providing feedback to team members. Reports to Assistant Manager and Manager on team performance, obstacles, and achievements. Communicates effectively with team members, management, and other programs / divisions to ensure alignment on goals and objectives. Ensures that daily operations run smoothly by overseeing team activities and addressing any issues that arise. Provides direction, support, and problem-solving assistance as needed.

Supports the training and onboarding of new team members. Collaborates with management and the team to implement process improvements and optimize strategies. Identifies opportunities for team development and coordinates training sessions as necessary.

Pulls reports and performs daily, weekly, and monthly audits of sales transactions and inventories to verify accuracy. Adheres to various vendor¿s terms and conditions. Gathers relative sales records for review by management. Collects and organizes sales documentation, assuring accessibility and compliance with record storage guidelines. Identifies discrepancies or errors in sales data and works with relevant team members to resolve issues. Conducts market research to guarantee best business practices.

Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy. Assists customers and communicates positively in a friendly manner.  Takes action to solve problems quickly.  Alerts the higher-level supervisor, or proper point of contact for help when problems arise.  Adheres to safety regulations and standards.  Promptly reports any observed workplace hazards, and any injury, occupational illness, and/or property damage resulting from workplace mishaps to the immediate supervisor.  Adheres to established standards of actively supporting the principles of the EEO program and prevention of sexual harassment.

EVALUATIONS:

Qualifications

Must have minimum one year experience in an administrative support or a related field, with a focus on sales or customer service preferred. Must have at least 6 months experience working in the attraction or travel industry. Demonstrates knowledge of program policies, concepts and practices of MCCS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and RecTrac is required. Capacity to remain flexible and adaptable to operational needs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Skill to demonstrate activities and use of related facility equipment.  Skill to learn applicable MCCS policies and procedures. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
