Phase 1: Applicant resumes will be reviewed by Human Resources to ensure they meet the qualification requirements (see definition of specialized experience). If an applicant meets the minimum qualifications on the initial phase, they will continue on to the second phase and will be given an interim score based on the applicant's answers from the technical assessment questionnaire. With information received from the technical assessment questionnaire during the first phase, applicants will be evaluated on the following competencies (knowledge, skills, and abilities):
Administration and Management
Leadership
Personnel and Human Resources
Planning and Evaluating
Phase 2: Candidates that are determined to meet the qualification requirements will have their resumes further reviewed by a panel of Subject Matter Experts on the competencies (listed above) that are required for the position.
