Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) Tractor Operator~ without more than normal supervision such as: operating various types of gasoline, diesel, battery, and/or gas - electric powered landscaping machines and lawnmowers to mow and trim areas; utilize tractor attachments to sweep walking surfaces and a snow blower attachment for use in winter; maintain equipment by doing basic repairs such as sharpening blades and replacing damaged belts. Operating hand-held tools, such as string trimmer, backpack blower and chainsaw. - Failure to meet this Screen out Element will result in an ineligible rating.

Physical Effort:
Continuous arm movement is required to operate mower and string trimmers. May be required to maneuver mower over obstructions such as sidewalks and curbing. May be subject to frequent walking and pushing of equipment. Required to frequently, lift weight up to 50 pounds. Needs to be able to be on their feet working for a full day work.

Work Conditions:
Work is performed outside, occasionally in bad weather. Operator is constantly exposed to unpleasant noise levels, and vibrations and jolting caused by the mower. Work often exposes operator to extreme temperatures of heat due to long periods in the sum since mower is usually operated in open areas. Operator sits for very long periods of time. Incumbent may be exposed to dust from fertilizers used in work areas. Required to wear appropriated safety gear. Needs to be able to work on hillsides and on unleveled terrain.
