Duties

Help

Performs a variety of routine manual tasks in the kitchen and dining areas following Centennial Banquet and Conference Center procedures and guidelines.
Sets up glasses, silverware, dishes, trays, napkins, condiments, bread, and cold beverages on a serving line or tables.
Removes dishes and trays from tables after meals. Stores cleaned dishes, glasses and silverware.
Washes tables and counters. Cleans kitchen equipment such as worktables, sinks, and refrigerators.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.

Incumbent must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
