Also open to former permanent excepted service federal employees eligible under an interchange agreement. Current or former permanent federal employees must have met a one year probationary period or trial period in the competitive or excepted service. Duties

Help

Incumbent applies experience and advanced knowledge to a full range of drafting/CAEG support services to the organization. Works closely with Center Managers in providing drafting advice and assistance to engineering personnel. Ensures JAI drafting exceptions are cleared in a timely manner, makes recommendations for improvements to the process.

Incumbent uses CWP tools to prioritize drafting and ensures all drafting jobs are done on time. POC for contract TSSC drafters.

Responsible for drawings database - data updates and accuracy. Responsible for developing and maintaining regional drafting processes.

Maintains a broad understanding of organization activities and responsibilities to support multiple programs and/or functional team.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-10/11. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is defined as: Creating and modifying designs within AutoCad. Working knowledge of Bentley's ProjectWise Software.
