Performs program analysis for the Directorate by analyzing current and projected operating programs.
Analyzes and evaluates data and prepares projections of future budgetary requirements, considering variables such as changes in assumptions, policies, and objectives.
Advises Director and operating elements on budget considerations involved in the development, execution, analysis and review of their activities.
Participates in the entire process of funds control, including planning, forecasting requirements, and management control over expenditure of funds.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Incumbent of this position is required to complete a Secret Clearance.
Incumbent of this position is required to complete a one-year probationary period

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyzing techniques, strategies, and policy implementation on operational processes; coordinating the planning, development, and consolidation of tasking and requirements; and providing assistance for various management functions.

The position is located at United States Army Dugway Proving Ground, approximately 50 minutes,from Tooele, Utah, and a 90-minute drive from Salt Lake City, Utah. Dugway offers various alternate work schedule opportunities with most of the workforce working 4 ten-hour shifts Monday through Thursday. DPG is physically remote, entirely self-sufficient with government housing available for Soldiers, civilians, and Contractors. An AAFES PX, Civilian Authorized Commissary, Community Club, Physical Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, Post Chapel, Childcare, Youth Services and Tooele County K-12 school system are on post. Employees choosing to live off post may use subsidized commuter. van transport which operates to and from many of the major cities and towns throughout Utah.
