Participate with the Office Director and Division Chiefs in formulating long- range strategic plans, objectives and projects.
Aid in the development of unique analytical techniques to accelerate accomplishments.
Conduct planning and analysis of work processes and developing or amending standard operating procedures.
Develop, implement, and monitor complex projects required to support the Office and Office Director.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.
To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience managing projects related to organizational functions, operating procedures, performance, programs, or operations.
Experience communicating with and advising officials such as agency heads, top congressional staff officials, state government executives, legislative leaders, and executives of comparable private sector organizations.
Experience providing guidance in the resolution of operational problems or issues impacting agency projects, and programs.
Experience documenting process improvements, investigation procedures, performance metrics, and similar internal measures improving accountability and quality.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Demonstrated ability to organize, coordinate, and monitor work and complex assignments concurrently within schedule constraints and handle emergent requirements in a timely manner.
Demonstrated ability to analyze office processes and standard operating procedures and develop new (or improving) processes and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to produce results through strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and policies.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing - including establishing and maintaining working relationships - and writing and preparing memorandums, letters, and other official correspondence.
