You will develop and administer strategic Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) plans, goals, and objectives.
You will manage resources including labor, materials, contracts, and industrial support.
You will prepare preliminary program budgets to identify work year projections.
You will solve broad ILS related sustainment problems and implements strategic plans.
You will develop reports and briefs describing objectives, procedures, and results of the new or improved developments, concepts, and/or techniques in support of logistics products.
You will ensure application of ILS program/technical rigor for program operational aspects including cost estimating and budget analysis; risk management; scheduling; program and project system engineering plans; and the program acquisition strategy.
You will develop and implement programmatic strategy, policy and plans to support planning, processes, and execution of related actions supporting overall program execution.
You will track tasking to ensure key milestones are met.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (or GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) operations for ship systems to ensure quality, cost, schedule and technical requirements are met.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
