As the Supervisory Administrative Officer (AO), the incumbent shall oversee the delivery of effective administrative, logistical, and all other support services to ensure adequate support is provided for EAC's operations in accordance with USG regulations and EAC policies.
As the Supervisory Administrative Officer (AO), the incumbent shall oversee the delivery of effective administrative, logistical, and all other support services to ensure adequate support is provided for EAC's operations in accordance with USG regulations and EAC policies.
The incumbent of this position will serve as the EAC's primary administration official, with supervisory responsibility and oversight for the program areas of space and facilities management, and travel management, micro-purchases, support services, emergency preparedness, health and safety, events management, and miscellaneous administrative programs and services. The incumbent has responsibility for the day-to-day management and supervision of workflow and business processes to ensure operational tasks are completed properly, timely, and per customer service standards. The incumbent serves as a member of the management team and participates in the decision-making process and is accountable for solving EAC administrative management issues. The job is expected to perform occasional work-related travel.
The supervisory AO position is located within EAC's Office of Chief Financial Officer, Administration Team, and the incumbent is responsible for providing first-line supervision and leadership for assigned subordinates.
The position is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
