FV-F Duties: Performs basic but progressively more difficult assignments under the close direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. Applies basic knowledge of routine procedures and techniques involved in carrying out the work of the organization and applies these procedures and practices within the framework of established guidelines to accomplish assignments. Typical assignments may include, gathering general data/information from various sources, conducting limited research, applying standardized policies and procedures, and working with higher level professionals to perform day-to-day operations. Utilizes automated program analysis systems, tools and software programs to support planning, controlling and analysis of projects and programs.
FV-G Duties: Under the general direction of a manager, provides program support to the Airport Improvement Program (AIP). Typical duties may include, but are not limited to the following: Initiates Airport Improvement Program (AIP) programming actions and reservation of funds in SOAR in accordance with business rules. Ensures programming actions comply with established deadlines. Reviews, validates and tracks distribution of grant documentation and ensures grant files are maintained in accordance with policy and procedures in support of an annual clean audit. Identifies issues, makes recommendations and takes corrective action as identified by internal/external audits. Tracks, monitors and reports expenditure rates and expiring or excess AIP grant funds to the management team. Prepares, processes and tracks grant closeout packages. Validates funding amounts, projects amounts and fund types are properly adjusted and are in accordance with policy and procedures. Reports discrepancies to a manager or higher level employee. Initiates and completes grant close-out actions In SOAR and provides closeout documentation to Accounting (AFN/AMK) to ensure grants are closed in SOAR and Delphi. Provides AIP funding information on airport projects related to PFC application to program managers. Reviews notices submitted to the FAA and/or tracks receipt and processing of FAA Form 5010 for updating the FAA's National Flight Data Center (NFDC) systems.
FV-H Duties: Under limited direction of a manager, coordinates the administrative functions of the office. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: Serves as the Property Delegate responsible for maintaining accountable property records in property management system. Performs annual inventory and processes actions for approval by the Property Custodian. Prepares, edits, tracks controlled correspondence including briefing papers, Congressional inquiries, and Freedom of Information Act requests. Ensures packages are complete, accurate, include appropriate documentation and are appropriate routinely to the responsible parties. Establishes new or modifies current organizational controls to improve processes and procedures, monitors deadlines, independently follows-up with staff to ensure time lines are met, informs management of any discrepancies. Provides related reports of pending actions to a manager or more senior employee on a reoccurring basis. Prepares, tracks and monitors appropriate documentation in support of procurement requests for office supplies, materials, services and government leased vehicles, as requested. Coordinates equipment and contractual services procurements. Monitors requests for supplies, services and procurements from initiation to completion. Distributes calls for training. Enrolls employees in training courses. Tracks staff completion of mandatory training and ensures employees meet annual training requirements. Reports delinquencies to a manager or higher level employee. Tracks and provides updates to the management team on travel estimates/expenditures for budgetary purposes. Validates accounting codes prior to manager approval.

Qualifications
Experience requirement for the FV-F level is: You should demonstrate in your application any experience gained in administrative, professional, technical, investigative, or other responsible work. Demonstrating experience in substantive and relevant secretarial, clerical, or other responsible work may be qualifying as long as it provided evidence of the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) necessary to perform the duties of the position to be filled. Experience of a general clerical nature (typing, filing, routine procedural processing, maintaining records, or other nonspecialized tasks) is not creditable. Trades or crafts experience appropriate to the position to be filled may be creditable for some positions.
To qualify for this position at the FV-G level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F, FG/GS-5-9 levels.
Specialized experience for the FV-G level is: experience utilizing various automated databases, software programs and tools (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to gather and extract data from multiple sources and/or provide administrative and program support to an organization of professional/technical staff; performing administrative functions, such as procurement of supplies/services, time and attendance, budget, and travel; and experience with project and/or grant management.
To qualify for this position at the FV-H level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-10/11 levels.
