Serves as the Team Leader, ensuring the organization’s strategic plan is communicated down.
Responsible for budget formulation, execution, allocation, and monitoring the use of resources to support the goals and objectives of the Strategic and Business Plans of the activity.
Provides guidance regarding specific financial implications of program proposals.

Serving as a primary expert budget facilitator ensuring the budget meets the requirements of their organization or functional area

Applying pricing rules and ensures they comply with the overall pricing methodology that has been established by higher level authorities (the financial analyst).
