Summary

Duties

Help

Brief Description of Duties: 

  • Supports the Data Governance Program to establish a consistent enterprise-level view of data to promote informed decision-making across the Courts.
  • Works closely with divisions and business end users to assess business processes and informational needs, writes business requirements, and validates data loaded into data repositories. 
  • Implements and maintains dashboards for reporting Courts' performance. 
  • Collaborates with court managers to identify requirements for dashboards and other business intelligence deliverables.  
  • Conducts data quality reviews on court-wide caseload data from the data warehouse, conducts audits to ensure data quality, and recommends improvements.
  • Coordinates with the divisions on statistical reporting of caseload data to fulfill Courts’ legislative mandates, annual reporting, and other requirements.
  • Generates reports using business intelligence and statistical software packages to extract data on operational caseload activity for validation and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in social science, public administration, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the use of data analytics, statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS, etc.), and Oracle BI Suite tools, PC hardware and software applications, etc.; work experience in a court environment is preferred.

Please note that authorization for the release of your adult criminal record revealing any convictions and forfeitures, and any criminal cases currently pending before the courts is required.  If you are selected for the position, a criminal history records check will be conducted.
