- Managing the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Treasury's enterprise cloud services and cloud-based solutions, leveraging modern capabilities.
- Developing creative and pragmatic approaches and solutions to reengineer and integrate cloud services that facilitate productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency, including conducting regular assessments and evaluations to optimize cloud architecture to continuously improvement of cloud services.
- Communicating with stakeholders and building strong alliances toward the success of cloud at Treasury while driving the appropriate usage of "as a service" offerings (e.g., Platform as a Service [PaaS], Infrastructure as a Service [IaaS], Software as a Service [SaaS]) to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Reviewing and analyzing Treasury-wide and bureau cloud investments and activities to ensure consistency with Department-wide strategies, initiatives, policies, and goals.
- Providing authoritative recommendations to the OCIO Leadership and the Assistant Secretary for Management (ASM) for meeting business objectives, establishing policy and guidance, and using sound judgment to make timely and effective decisions.
-Provide expert counsel and advice to the CIO leadership team and other program and policy officials on topics including but not limited to PaaS, IaaS, SaaS and Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP).
- Manage enterprise Cloud services by providing the highest return on investment (ROI) to its customers through innovative and problem-solving capabilities, while balancing strong fiscal responsibility by leveraging scalable technologies and streamlined business processes.
- Shape the strategic and tactical direction for service delivery, business partners, based on OCIO goals, customer feedback, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Office of Management (OMB) guidance to meet customer expectations and demands, and provide high quality services.

3) A separate narrative that addresses each of the Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs). It is MANDATORY for all applicants to submit this narrative. The narrative must address each of the MTQs separately and must not exceed one (1) page per MTQ. Applicants who fail to adhere to the one (1) page per MTQ limit will be disqualified and no longer considered for the position.
4) SF-50 (or other personnel action that verifies civil service). Current Federal employees must submit their most recent SF-50 (Notification of Personnel Action) that documents current tenure, position title, series, and grade level. Current or former SES must submit a SF-50 that documents career appointment status in the SES.
5) Proof of OPM QRB Certification. SES Candidate Development Program (SESCDP) graduates that have not been appointed to the SES must submit a copy of their OPM QRB Certification. This document should be uploaded under the "other document type" field.
