As a FUEL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS OPERATOR, WG-5413-10 (TITLE 32) you will, Organize, administer and evaluate a segment of the fuel's quality assurance program for the organization. Direct, inspect, operate and maintain a complete fuel distribution system(s) to receive, store, transfer and issue both aviation and ground fuels in a Type III hydrant system. Operate one or more types of special purpose design aviation and ground fuel tank truck vehicles having a capacity of up to 6,000 gallons and gross vehicle weight of 70,000 pounds used for fueling/defueling various types of aircraft and ground fuels applications such as AGE, power production, heating and engine test cells. Operate, inspect and perform all required maintenance and repair on 400-5,000-gallon storage tanks. Assess, monitor and review assigned Self-Assessment Communicators utilizing the Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) program. Perform other duties as assigned.

This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard, required prior to the effective date of placement.

Qualifications
Military Grades: E-1 THROUGH E-6
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience or training which demonstrates the ability to follow instructions and to safely operate the type of equipment required to accomplish the duties of the position.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 18 months experience or training operating, maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, and overhauling fuel systems and components. Experience or training initiating and controlling the movement and storage of fuel supplies by operating high pressure systems with a series of terminals connected by cross-country pipelines or multi-fuel storage and distribution facilities connected by a network of internal pipelines.
