Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance for the duration of employment.
This position requires you to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel away from your permanent duty station requirement of up to 25% of the time.
This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position.
Selectee must meet position requirements for practitioner certification in (K) Business - Financial Management within 60 months as of entrance on duty.
This position requires FM CERTIFICATION LEVEL 2 (FMC02). Selectees must obtain Level 2 certification in the Department of Defense Financial Management program within 24 months of entrance on duty.

***Experience Required***
General Experience: Your resume describes three years of progressively responsible general work experience with one year of that experience equivalent to at least the NH-01 grade level, which includes: 1) Analyzing information and data to provide recommendations; 2) Performing basic functions to assist with the budget process to justify and monitor programs; 3) Communicating effectively orally and in writing.
The definition of experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-01 (or GS-04 equivalent).
OR
Education: Completed a full four-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree. (Note: You must attach a copy of your bachelor's transcripts.)
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: Have the general experience as described in A, but less than three years; and I have some education as described in B, but less than the required four years. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 36. Then, divide your semester hours of education by 120. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.). This is an Acquisition Demo Modified Term Appointment NTE 5 years. Position may be extended an additional 1 year with approval. Employees hired under the modified term appointment may be eligible for conversion to career-conditional appointments or career appointments without further competition.
