Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.

This position requires a one year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties unless previously completed.
Qualifications

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Utilizes contracting methods such as construction, professional services, and contract management to provide a full range of services. 2) Develops guidance on contract documentation such as management of service, repair, and professional services. 3)Performing quality assurance checks on contract performance to ensure compliance. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
Education
