Summary

As an Agency expert in an assigned area, develops workplans, detailed systems analysis and design of new or existing major systems or subsystems and oversees software development, testing and implementation activities for SSA’s programmatic systems.

Develops systems performance measurement criteria in order to assess systems/software through the design and development life cycle stages and in maintenance and software improvement activities.
Provides authoritative advice to executive level managers within the Agency about the area of expertise. Conducts continuing review of computer technology developments applicable to system design

Such IT-related experience include designing, developing, and debugging applications utilizing JavaScript (React, Node.js) or Java.
