About the Position: This Program Analyst, NH-0343-03 position is assigned to PEO, IEW&S BUSINESS MGT DIVISION
DISTR COMM GRD SYSTEM - ARMY - ARMY located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
Serves as an expert advisor to management concerning the analysis and evaluation of major administrative technical and program aspects of substantive mission-oriented programs.
Performs analysis, evaluation and oversight of all aspects of the planning, programming, budgeting and execution of major Project Management (PM) programs.
Establishes schedules for planning, coordination and accomplishment of work to facilitate the acquisition and/or work process.
Initiates action to insure that cost, schedule procedures and policies are current and implemented.
Provides financial advisory services for a major segment of the PEO/PM budget for one or more funding lines or type of funds.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
One year probationary period may be required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret Security clearance.
This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectees must meet position requirement for Practitioner certification in Business Financial Management (BUS-FM) within 60 months of entrance on duty.
You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
This position requires Financial Management Level 2 certified position must be able to obtain certification within 24 months of appointment.

This is a DoD Demonstration Project position. Under the Defense Authorization Act, personnel management demonstration programs are operating in numerous Army activities and various other organizations supported by Army civilian personnel centers.
