U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation. This position is open to qualified candidates worldwide.
Manages a large business activity. Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies. Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.
Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives. As a second level supervisor reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors.
Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan.

Qualifications
Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e.; restaurant, bowling center, golf course) to be managed.
Best Qualifying Criteria
A minimum of 2 years of management experience. Experience in the entertainment, retail, food service, or hospitality industries is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of working with preparing and managing a budget on a professional level
Have strong organizational skills, able to multitask, are adept at handling unexpected situations during events or daily operations AND Have excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with staff, customers, and partners

PCS Costs
Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials
Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Night differential may be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
Incentives and Bonuses
Incentives will not be paid.
Foreign Overseas Allowances
Allowances, differentials, or incentives will not be paid. These allowances include Living Quarters Allowance (LQA), and Temporary Quarters Subsistence Allowance (TQSA).
Post allowance may be paid in accordance with the Department of States Standardized Regulations (DSSR), contingent upon eligibility.
