Duties

Help

Applies official regulations to cash management and accountability. Performs routine cash receipt and disbursement. Performs daily cash reconciliation, balancing and auditing of receipts. Ensures proper cash management via electronic and double-entry bookkeeping techniques. Troubleshoots routine actions by verifying audit trails and correcting errors. Prepares bank deposits and follows proper procedures for handling of foreign currency. Generates sales reports and processes daily financial data. Accepts and processes club membership applications. Accepts reservations for club programs. Maintains key controls. Assists in the control of the slot machine program. Performs other related duties as assigned.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Qualifying Experience:
Must have progressively responsible experience in clerical duties of receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items including (1) direct handling of cash items and (2) use of cash accountability control methods.

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
