Duties

Help

Processes and tracks Technology Catalog Orders. Creates Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions and approves invoice. Changes and track Orders (Purchase Order Modification). Creates Contract Orders & Modifications (SharePoint, IQ, Scheduling, Web Design etc.) and forwards Purchase Orders with contract documentation to vendor. Manages and coordinates the Studios Senate Media Centers (Democratic & Republican Recording Studios. Manages and coordinates SAA Office Automation Orders. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Other Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Initiate POs for Senate IT approved equipment.
  • Assist customers with purchases of non-standard IT equipment.

Required Work Experience

  • 1-2 Years.

Required Special Skills/ Knowledge

  • Effective Communication.
  • Work experience with ServiceNow, Asset Management, and Excel.

High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
