Duties

Help
  • Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of the operation for which assigned. Receives and acts on internal actions and requests.
  • Receives maintenance or repair requests, prepares and oversees completion of work orders and purchases. Maintains property accountability records. Prepares issue, turn-in and other transaction documents for non-expendable property.
  • Monitors budgetary expenses. Tracks work order status notifying supervisor of work orders that exceed set standards for completion. Follows up with guest on status of emergency work orders.
  • Receives telephone calls and visitors, provides required information from own knowledge and office files or refers callers to appropriate person. Types various correspondence and reports.
  • Tabulates statistical data into final format. Gathers data and documentation for special projects and prepares briefing support materials. Establishes, maintains or controls suspense logs.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Basic computer and math skills and clerical or administrative work experience, which indicates the ability to perform the duties as described above.
2. Must be able to type 40 words per minute.

PCS Costs
  • Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials
  • This is a pay-banded position.
  • Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
  • Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
