Duties

Help
  • Manage and oversee the data and applications leveraging the cPROBE authoritative programming data across the Army headquarters and subordinate units.
  • Align and manage cPROBE and related applications enterprise architecture and systems engineering activities in accordance with DoD and HQDA policies and directives, particularly cyber security requirements.
  • Provide technical and EA subject matter expertise and systems analysis support for cPROBE IT/application/cloud computing capabilities, to include planning and implementation of application rationalization and migration planning and execution.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II certification, or the incumbent must be able to obtain certification within six (6) months of appointment in accordance with DoDD 8140.
  • Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE- 450, (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I USOGE, 6/08). Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually.
  • Secret Clearance required.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes reviewing Enterprise Architecture artifacts for compliance and completeness to ensure EA continues to reflect mission needs; resolving unusually complex problems associated with, major cyber security initiatives to include solution design, implementation, and sustainment; evaluating IT and application operational and resource requirements; providing technical guidance in application of existing and emerging technologies and methodologies.
