Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations personnel, training, budget, contract administration policies and procedures, as well as, information technology, facilities, equipment, and logistics to foster successful achievement of the group's mission.

Lead and oversee professional staff in the development, integration, and review of CAP policy, oversight, modernization, access management, and Covert Action activities. To include planning efforts in coordination and collaboration with other United States Government (USG) IC and DoD agencies.

Lead staff in the planning, preparation, and presentation of briefings, reports, and presentations to ODNI leadership, senior policymakers, National Security Staff, and other USG consumers as appropriate.

Provide oversight and leadership to staff in the coordination and integration of interagency and cross-directorate collaboration on CAPCO programs and objectives.

Provide oversight and leadership to staff in the sharing of information and knowledge within ODNI and with other government agencies, and effectively recognize, value, build, and leverage diverse and collaborative networks within these organizations.

Develop and continually expand personal expertise in facilitating the cooperation and effective coordination of organizations within ODNI, the Intelligence Community, and other USG agencies.

Lead a team of professional staff and assess performance, collaborate and oversee goal setting, and provide feedback on personal development.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

Expert knowledge of and experience with the mission, charter, roles and responsibilities of the ODNI, Mission Integration, and CAPCO/SAPCO community and the interrelationships of its customers and stakeholders.

Expert ability to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and in a manner that is targeted to and meets the needs of diverse audiences to include D/CAPCO, DDMI, PDDNI, and DNI.

Expert ability to lead CAP/SAP planning efforts for complex projects for policy, oversight, modernization, covert action, and access management while taking into account a diverse range of considerations and ensuring that the activities can be successfully completed.

Expert ability to direct taskings, assess and manage performance, collaborate on goal setting, and support personal and professional development at all levels of personnel.

Superior ability to communicate clearly, orally and in written reports and documents, policies, plans, and programs related to improving information sharing across the U.S. Government

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by mission specialty area

Salary Determination: A current Federal Government employee, selected for a detail, will be assigned to the position at their current grade and salary.
