You will plan, organize, and perform work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Housing Program.
You will receive and process complaints and related investigations concerning residents to leadership.
You will process requests for permanent and temporary quarters and counsel applicants regarding the availability, type and size of quarters.
You will conduct joint tenant-management walk-throughs of quarters to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability of the unit, furnishings, equipment, and facilities.
You will monitor maintenance, property management, and service contracts.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, developing, scheduling, implementing and overseeing installation Family Housing Services functions.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
I have successfully completed 1 full year of graduate level education OR
I have successfully completed Superior academic achievement
I have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
