Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-03 pay band (GS-9/10/11 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional engineer assessing cartridge and propellant actuated device (CAD/PADs) technical and quality requirements to provide technical oversight of the manufacturing of energetic systems or components for the technological advancement of an ordnance program.
