Duties

Help

Plans services provided by the MWR leisure travel activity. Provides full assistance to individuals planning travel itineraries not including commercial transportation. Maintains brochures, price listings and related information for customer use.
Assists patrons by ensuring information is available concerning local off-post leisure activities, selling tickets, making reservations and arranging for special accommodations required for bus tours, sporting events, theaters and special events
Coordinates with the acquisition of new products to enhance operations and revenues. Receives payment, issues receipts and documents all business transactions. Performs related administrative support duties.
Acts as the Leisure Quality Analysis Evaluator for commercial travel services contracts.

Qualifications

1.Progressively responsible work experience in a travel/ticketing Program.
2.Preferred experience is that which includes total program responsibility. Knowledge of computer software programs used.

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

Possess three years of Travel Agency or Airline Industry Experience
Possess sabre/Apollo GDS Experience
