Serve as the Lead for Risk Manager for the Moon to Mars Program (M2M) Enterprise within the Program, Planning and Control Directorate (PPC).
Lead the implementation of risk management process to support identification, assessment and management of risks impacting the M2M programs and Integration Offices without duplication of processes established within the programs/offices.
Strategically align processes with Agency Risk Management Officer to assess M2M enterprise risk management processes for effectiveness and compliance with requirements (e.g., NPR 7120.5 and NPR 8000.4).
Ensure that all stakeholders and customers are integrated into the risk management processes.
Lead a team of risk management specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure high-quality deliverable.
Manage an enterprise solution for a repository for the storage and authoritative distribution of the program and projects technical data.
Create a community of practice to look at cross program actions, issues and enterprise solutions and idea sharing using ideas to be more efficient with better products.

Qualifications

To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level:
Identifying, assessing, and making recommendations of risk and risk management processes to stakeholders;
Creating risk reports to provide to senior leader stakeholders and utilizing risk tools (e.g., IRIS, ARM) for risk repository for storage;
Maintaining and ensuring compliance with Agency/Organization requirements as it relates to risk management processes.
