Demonstrates knowledge of Gallery floor plans, including layout of collections/exhibitions, restaurants, gift shops and entrances/exits.
Keeps informed of the Gallery’s calendar of events, service tools, special events and daily offerings. Demonstrates strong understanding of the neighborhood and other amenities that would benefit both local visitors and tourists from around the world.
Checks coats and other personal items in checkrooms. Answers incoming calls to gallery phone lines.
Provides access control for general admission and other events or special exhibitions.
Reserves passes and event reservations.
Assist with data entry and clean-up, preparing museum mailings, training incoming employees, responding to online correspondence.
