Examples of Qualified Experience:
1. Experience assists in developing assigned fire management project materials and assists in executing project plans.
2. Experience reviewing, assessing and/or maintaining project and/or contract documentation, resources, reports, correspondences, and publications.
3. Experience preparing computer programs for processing data, completes, calculates, plots, reviews, interprets, explains analyses, computations, estimate areas, volumes, quantities, calculations, and numerical data.
EN-0804-3:
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service i.e., EN-02 or GS-11. Specialized experience is defined as experience applying fire management theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies sufficient to research, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and accomplish difficult but conventional assignments involving nuclear facilities, conduct analytical investigations, research and articulate information during discussions, briefings, and presentations.
Examples of qualifying experience includes:
1.Experience in fire engineering and sciences related to environmental
compliance and permitting of nuclear and non-nuclear hazardous facilities.
2.Experience in project management principles and practices and the ability to apply these to management of complex federal projects.
3.Experience establishing a working knowledge of the principles and concepts of the Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) as they relate to the discharging of organizational responsibilities and requirements.
4.Experience effectively working with a wide variety of individuals on technical issues.
