To serve as a senior Project Manager and Business Analyst for projects across the Management Resources (MR) service portfolio. Leads work within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) group in the Business Operations Office (BOO) on process improvement and system development projects with and for departments and divisions across NIST, acting as the key interface between the users and the project team to gather information, document processes, and confirm business requirements with users.

Basic Requirements

Education: All academic degrees and coursework must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions
Undergraduate or Graduate Education: Degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriateFor all positions, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. In addition to the basic requirements listed above, all applicants must have at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 (ZP-III at NIST) federal grade level. Specialized experience is defined as experience in managing and supporting information technology systems and services, including experience with cloud-based CRM and/or operations workflow software, agile development methodologies, project management, process improvement, and change management.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done. We will credit all qualifying volunteer experience in your application.
