This position is located at the NCUA in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). As the IT Cybersecurity Specialist (ENTARCH), you will serve as the subject matter expert in all areas of enterprise architecture. This includes the evaluation of new technologies, enterprise design and architecture, infrastructure security, network implementation, and management of all OCIO IT systems.

As an IT Cybersecurity Specialist (ENTARCH), you will:
You must have one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in federal service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
To qualify at the CU-14 level, you must have one full year experience equivalent to the CU/GS-13 level in federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors.) Specialized experience is defined as experience 1) serving as an IT expert responsible for coordinating Information Technology capabilities leading to the design and/or implementation of information systems for the organization; 2) experience evaluating IT infrastructure security and new technologies; and 3) experience managing information technology systems or endpoint devices.
In addition to the specialized experience requirement. Applicants must possess IT-related experience demonstrating EACH of the four IT Specialist competencies:
