Reviews and verifies requests for payment against various authorizing documents such as blanket purchase agreements (BPA's), purchase orders, memos of understanding (MOU's), and contracts.
Liquidate obligations upon notification of receipt and supporting documents.
Reconciles general ledger accounts to ensure that all transactions are properly processed.
Programs voucher examination and verification work.
Performs detailed research to verify accuracy of accounts and the adequacy of source documents.
Review and verify requests for payments against various documents such as blanket purchase agreements (BPA's) Memorandums of Understanding (MOU's) and contracts.
Input vendor invoices and other items for payment using the Global Financial Management System (GFMS).
You must be a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized U.S. Citizen.
