You will exercise supervisory responsibility of other military and civilian personnel encompassing the following process: administrative, supply, training, facilities, vessels, vehicles and other functions.
You will perform a variety of duties, in the area of planning, work direction and administration in support of UWSH work on an immediate and long-range basis in accordance with schedules of priorities.
You will determine manpower, equipment, material availability, waterborne repair techniques and methods to be used (in accordance with NAVSEA 00C5 directives and good UWSH practices).
You will supervise, organizes, plans, coordinates and directs the execution of waterborne work activities and personnel for a dive team that reside in C970 of SWRMC Production Department.
You will continually analyze work schedules, assignments, production costs, methods of operations and assigns and explains work to subordinates and supervisors.
You will be accountable for the quantity and quality of all waterborne repair work performed.
You will supervise their team’s inspections of commercial contract diving services work, as required by higher-level directives.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
