Duties

Help

Participates in management of all operational areas through all functional activities associated within the Mensa and assists as needed in other areas of the community Services Flight.

Work assignments include but are not limited to, employee scheduling, counseling, procurement, program development and implementation, training, inventory responsibilities, researching discrepancies, conducting staff meetings, and handling complains or incidents.

Receives and records all incoming invoices, general correspondence, Transfers Between Cost Centers (TBCC), and any other similar correspondence.

Maintains accurate filing of all official Food and Beverage operation forms and correspondence according to Air Force guidelines.

Preforms tasks as per the organization's programs, policies, and objectives.

Provides analytical, statistical, financial, procedural, technical and operational reports pertaining to the Mensa and occasionally other food and beverage operations within the Community Services Flight.

Compiles necessary data and submits to supervisor for review and final determination.

Maintains suspense files, contract files, regulations, directives etc., and posts changes as required.

Prepares payroll, purchase requests, labor reports, and internal accounting documents for management review and approval.

Provides administrative support with local national and appropriated fund payroll for the program. Occasionally contacting Italian vendors or businesses.

Preforms other related duties assigned.

Qualifying Experience:

Must have experience and training that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to preform the duties of this position consistent with acceptable practices of the trade.

Must be able to use and maintain appropriate equipment.

Must be able to read, understand, and apply instruction on materials/equipment related and used in this position.

Must demonstrate the ability to lead and supervise employees.
