Duties

Help
  • Works under the supervision of the Facility Director who makes specific assignments, explains polices and procedures and performs general housekeeping to ensure facilities/courts are ready for use.
  • Job may require work in various facilities depending on requirements as determined by customer demand or programmed activities.
  • Cleans recreation equipment, supplies and facility area. Operates equipment and performs maintenance on facilities and equipment.
  • Conducts surveillance of facility and reports any unusual findings to supervisor. Arranges furniture and equipment for various types and sizes of events; puts up and takes down special event decorations. May assist in conducting community events.

  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one-year probationary period may be required.
  • Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
  • This position may require a health screening. Immunizations may be required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility. Position requires you to lift 40lbs.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a USAREUR Driver's license.

Qualifications

1. Possess work experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the following duties: secure facility, issue equipment to customers, collect fees as applicable, and monitor inventory, supplies and equipment.

PCS Costs

Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials
  • This is a pay-banded position.
  • Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).   • Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Night differential may be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
Incentives and Bonuses
  • Incentives will not be paid.
  • Foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
