U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation. US resident alien family members of US sponsors who are citizens of NATO countries other than the host nation and possess a valid green card and US Social Security Number (SSN).
Works under the supervision of the Facility Director who makes specific assignments, explains polices and procedures and performs general housekeeping to ensure facilities/courts are ready for use.
Job may require work in various facilities depending on requirements as determined by customer demand or programmed activities.
Cleans recreation equipment, supplies and facility area. Operates equipment and performs maintenance on facilities and equipment.
Conducts surveillance of facility and reports any unusual findings to supervisor. Arranges furniture and equipment for various types and sizes of events; puts up and takes down special event decorations. May assist in conducting community events.
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one-year probationary period may be required.
Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
This position may require a health screening. Immunizations may be required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility. Position requires you to lift 40lbs.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a USAREUR Driver's license.
Qualifications
1. Possess work experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the following duties: secure facility, issue equipment to customers, collect fees as applicable, and monitor inventory, supplies and equipment.

Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials
This is a pay-banded position.
Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Night differential may be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
Incentives and Bonuses
Incentives will not be paid.
Foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
