Duties

Help
  • Evaluates the proposed agreements for conformance to regulations, directives, and guidance and identifies areas that may impact command policy, resources, procedures, and operations.
  • Develops and implements reporting to provide ongoing monitoring of operational performance, cost and utilization of resources and analysis of trends.
  • Prepares program manpower and budget data for assigned systems. Administers the civilian personnel program.
  • Conducts cost comparison/benefit studies of current or projected programs and in developing lifecycle cost analyses of projects/studies and contracts.
  • Conducts detailed research and analysis to support the development or modification ofprogram policies, guidance, and procedures.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
  • This position requires the employee to occasionally travel (in the most expedient manner) away from the normal duty station up to 5% of the time.
  • In performing above duties, overtime and shift work may be required on short notice to include nights, holidays, and weekends in support of related mission requirements.
  • Required to possess a valid state driver's license to operate a passenger vehicle for operating government vehicles.
  • Personnel assigned to this position must obtain the appropriate certification within six months of being assigned. Failure to satisfactory obtain and/or maintain updated certifications IAW publication listed are grounds for termination.
  • At a minimum this position requires ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Position Sensitivity: This is a Non-Critical-Sensitive (2) position under the provision of DOD Directive 5200.2R and AR 380-67.
  • The incumbent must obtain and maintain at a minimum a Secret security clearance. Failure to do so may result in separation for the efficiency of the Federal Service.
  • Incumbent is required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, (5CFR PART 2634, Subpart I Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports)
  • Upon entering the position and annually, in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R, Joint Ethics Regulations, dated 17-NOV-2011

Specialized experience would be demonstrated by: Assisting management with program manpower requirements; Evaluating and consolidating budgetary input from organizational activities and recommending funding priorities; Performing a variety of administrative and technical duties involved in assisting the Management of human resources and personnel support.

Education
