In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service: executing the requirements of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Programs and Cases which include logistics management, program management, financial management and reviews to identify problems, necessary resource adjustments, or program schedule revisions and adjustments; coordinating short and long range international program execution plans; and assuring appropriate utilization of foreign customer funds.
