Qualifications
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, designing, developing, and executing various visual information projects (i.e. exhibits, graphics, displays, posters, banners, panel signs, maps, charts, and photo templates in support of conferences, workshops, and major events); 2) Demonstrating extensive range of artistic skill and design ability in execution of various displays and creation of informational products; and 3) Utilizing large format printers and digital color press printers and experience with mounting, laminating, cutting, matting and framing. Experience MUST be in the actual type of work for which application is made. Unpaid experience is creditable, provided the work done was of a quality level and demonstrated the ability required for the position. Experience MUST be in the actual type of work for which application is made.
