This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.

I can perform the work of a Manufacturing Supervisor, such as: planning work schedules and sequence of operations for subordinate employees; determining skills, personnel, materials and equipment required to complete assignments; establishing deadlines based on organization timelines/regulations; counseling employees on performance and problems to determine corrective action. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
