Serve as analysts and advisors to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of government programs and operations. Provide operational services to leaders.
Perform journey level functions in the business or administrative fields (e.g., task coordination, tasker management, acquisition management, operational procedures, marketing, finance, resource management, logistics, planning, or STEM).
Applying basic budgetary and financial management principles and techniques as they relate to long range planning of programs and objectives.
Apply evaluative methods to assess programs development or execution to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
One year trial/probationary period may be required.

Basic Requirements:
Education: 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree

General Experience: 3 years, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least GS-4. I have one year of general experience equivalent to the GS-04/DE-01 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service that includes: 1) Performing journey level functions in the business or administrative fields such as finance, resource management, logistics, planning, or STEM. 2) Applying basic budgetary and financial management principles and techniques to long rang planning of programs and objectives. 3) Presenting findings and results, in writing or orally for higher-level review or publication.
