U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
Mows grass, lays sod, weeds flowerbeds, trims and edges walkways and lawns. Prunes shrubs and trees; applies fertilizer, water plants, cleans out drainage ditches, shovels snow from walks and driveways.
Loads and unloads conveyances; moves materials using wheelbarrows, hand trucks or dollies; stacks and arranges supplies for storage; collects refuse and recyclable materials.
Digs, fills and tamps soil and gravel in earth excavations; levels ground using pick, shovel, tamper and rake.
Cleans rugs and drapes. Cleans, waxes and polishes floors using heavy industrial-powered equipment. Adjusts, cleans, oils and changes
attachments on machines.
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks and physical screening in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
Must be able to frequently lift and carry moderate to heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
Must also be able to actively bend, stoop, stand, reach, and work in awkward positions.
Qualifications
Standard Qualifications:
Three (3) month of laboring experience required.
Must have the ability use, control and clean tools and power equipment used, and ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant supervisor of each task assigned
Highly Preferred:
Six (6) months or more of experience working at a golf course.
Candidates will be ranked against the Highly Qualified Criteria. Only the most highly qualified candidates will be initially referred. If Management does not select a highly qualified candidate, they may request an additional referral list.

FWS Allowances and Differentials
This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position.
All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee.

Incentives will not be paid.
Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances
Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
